Registration & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Registration and Payment

• Pre-registration and full payment are mandatory. Registration will not be processed unless the registration form is completely filled out, and program payment has been received.

2. Refunds

• Full Refunds: A full refund, minus a $35 processing fee ($75 for Summer Camps), is available if written notification is provided to Affinity Esports up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the first session.

• Credits: After the 14-day period prior to the start of the class, a credit valid for one year, minus the $35 processing fee ($75 for Summer Camps), will be issued. No exceptions will be made except in the case of medical emergencies, which must be accompanied by a note from a doctor.

• No Refunds After Program Start: Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued, including in cases where a participant does not enjoy the program or decides to discontinue for personal reasons.

3. Class Cancellations

• A full refund will be issued if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, and the class is canceled.

4. Make-Up Classes

• Make-up classes are not offered unless Affinity Esports cancels a class or a class is canceled due to weather. Affinity Esports reserves the right to cancel classes under unforeseen circumstances.
